In Fianarantsoa, Madagascar, schoolgirls took part in a menstrual health and hygiene session, learning about menstrual care and how to use a reusable menstrual cup.

By combining education with access, we’re helping girls feel more confident managing their periods and stay focused on their education without unnecessary barriers. 🌸📚

As a CouldYou? Cup volunteer and youth champion, Miriam has been championing menstrual dignity and reusable period care among university students, while connecting menstrual health with environmental responsibility. 🌱🌸

Through her CouldYou? Legacy Campaign, she is encouraging students to rethink period care, not only as a personal health issue, but also as an opportunity to reduce waste, support girls’ education, and create lasting change.

🌸 Menstrual Health Support in Uvira, DRC 🇨🇩

On September 12, 2026, Youth Reproductive Health (YRH) brought SRHR education and menstrual health support to 41 school-aged girls in Uvira, South Kivu, including internally displaced girls and those from host communities affected by ongoing conflict.

The session combined SRHR awareness, practical menstrual cup training, and distribution of reusable menstrual cups helping girls build knowledge, confidence, and greater autonomy over their bodies. 💙

In crisis-affected communities, access to safe and sustainable menstrual care can make a meaningful difference.

We’re proud to support initiatives that put dignity, education, and empowerment at the heart of menstrual health.

We’re proud to see partners like Citizen Impact taking action in Malawi to address the challenges girls face, from menstrual health barriers to child protection and early marriage.

Through menstrual health education and access to reusable period products, including the CouldYou? Cup, we’re helping make it possible for girls to manage their periods with greater dignity and confidence while staying focused on their education. 💙

But keeping girls in school takes more than access, it takes safe spaces, education, protection, and communities willing to act.
