On , our partners the_way_foundation brought the conversation to the halls of GBHS Mbengwi, Cameroon — and the room was FULL. 🙌🏾
Because period poverty isn’t just a statistic. It lives in classrooms, in communities, in the silence of girls who stay home instead of showing up.
Thank you to every advocate, every partner, and every donor making moments like this possible. This is what collective action looks like.
The cup is traveling. The mission is growing. 💙

From education to empowerment, from conversations to confidence — in Zimbabwe was truly unforgettable! 💜
CouldYou? proudly reached girls across 6 different high schools in Zvimba District, Zimbabwe, with menstrual health education, support, joy, and dignity. 🩸✨
The smiles, energy, and excitement reminded us why this mission matters so deeply — no girl should miss opportunities because of her period. Together, we are breaking stigma, creating safe spaces, and empowering the next generation to thrive with confidence. 🙌🏾

A huge THANK YOU to every volunteer, teacher, supporter, DONOR, and student who made this outreach a massive success. Your generosity, love, and commitment helped us reach and impact hundreds of girls with dignity and hope. ❤️🥹
Special appreciation to Dr. Bronner for supporting menstrual health initiatives and helping us reach more girls with sustainable menstrual solutions. 💫
We enjoyed every moment and the impact was beautiful to witness! 🥳🥳🥳

Midwives do more than deliver babies.
They deliver knowledge, dignity, and the power to shape futures.
This , the call is clear:
The world needs 1 million more midwives.
When midwives reach girls with menstrual health education and access to safe, sustainable period care:
✅ Girls stay in school
✅ Vulnerability to transactional s*x decreases
✅ Teen and unintended pregnancies drop
That’s not just healthcare — that’s opportunity.
Investing in midwives is investing in dignity, education, and lasting social change for girls and young women everywhere.
Invest in midwives. End period poverty.
