💙✡️ This past weekend, we gathered for our NeshamaCare Flagship Retreat, and our hearts are officially full. In our world, we spend so much time ‘lifting the heads’ of others, but this weekend was about lifting each other.
Our theme was Mahloket Matters. In Jewish tradition, a Mahloket isn’t just a fight. It’s the belief that two people can see the same patient, the same problem, or the same policy from different angles—and both be essential to the solution.
We are returning to our hospitals and offices not just as clinicians, but as Mensch-like communicators. We’re ready to lean into the Mahloket, knowing that when we handle it with grace, it only makes our personal & professional community stronger.
A profound thank you to our facilitator, Sefi Kraut, whose intelligence and thought-provoking insights guided us through every difficult conversation, and whose genuine warmth as a human being reminded us why this work matters in the first place. ✡️💙
