🌈🌈 Healthy, Happy, and Proud.

Healthcare is a human right, and being your authentic self is a human necessity. This Pride Month, NeshamaCare salutes the providers making healthcare more inclusive- the ones who wear the rainbow pins, ask for pronouns, and advocate for health equity. We celebrate our LGBTQ+ 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️colleagues and patients not just this month, but every day. We strive for a world where your identity is never a barrier to your wellness and you are brave enough to live your truth.

Happy Pride! 🌈🌈

💙✡️ This past weekend, we gathered for our NeshamaCare Flagship Retreat, and our hearts are officially full. In our world, we spend so much time ‘lifting the heads’ of others, but this weekend was about lifting each other.

Our theme was Mahloket Matters. In Jewish tradition, a Mahloket isn’t just a fight. It’s the belief that two people can see the same patient, the same problem, or the same policy from different angles—and both be essential to the solution.

We are returning to our hospitals and offices not just as clinicians, but as Mensch-like communicators. We’re ready to lean into the Mahloket, knowing that when we handle it with grace, it only makes our personal & professional community stronger.

A profound thank you to our facilitator, Sefi Kraut, whose intelligence and thought-provoking insights guided us through every difficult conversation, and whose genuine warmth as a human being reminded us why this work matters in the first place. ✡️💙

🇮🇱🇮🇱 Israeli Innovation:

Israeli students turn a simple idea into a breakthrough therapy aid for Cerebral Palsy

11 year old Yarin has Cerebral Palsy, developmental delays, and epilepsy. Something as simple as breathing exercises, required an adult by his side every single time- until now.

Two industrial design students from HIT- Holon Institute of Technology- built him a custom ergonomic platform with a chin rest and handles, allowing Yarin to sit upright, stay stable, and practice his breathing exercises entirely on his own for the very first time.

The design is open-source, meaning people around the world can print or build it themselves- turning a student project into a potentially global solution! 🔨🔨
