🌸💔 Meet Blossom 🌸💔

Look at this precious face. Just a few days ago, someone looked at her and deemed her worthless, discarding her like trash on the side of the road. But to us, she is nothing short of beautiful. 😍

When we rescued her, Blossom was filthy, covered in her own urine and f***s, and swarming with fleas and ear mites. The smell was overwhelming, but what truly broke our hearts was knowing she had been neglected and treated as if she had no feelings. It’s unimaginable that such a sweet soul could be cast aside like trash.

After the first 24 hours in our care, a vet visit, some medication, fresh hay, and nutritious food and fresh water, we began to see her spirit shine through. Blossom is starting to come to life right before our eyes! 🐰✨

While we may never know the full extent of her past, we are committed to ensuring her future is filled with love, care, and all the fresh hay, food, and treats she could ever desire. 🌾
She deserves a soft, safe place to call home, and we are determined to give that to her.

🌟🐰 It’s Foster Friday! 🌟

Today, and every day, we’re reaching out to our amazing community to ask for your help. We’re in desperate need of volunteers to open their hearts and homes to our sweet bunnies.

Fostering not only saves lives but changes them, too! 💖 How does it work? When a bunny gets the chance to thrive in a foster home, it opens up space in our rescue for another bunny desperately in need of shelter or urgent medical care. Plus, it gives that bunny the love, attention, and security it deserves.

🐰💔 Another day, another dumped rabbit….

This is Ranger !

Ranger is an absolutely stunning chocolate mini Rex with the softest fur coat you could ever imagine! 🥰He was found last week by a kind-hearted delivery driver who couldn’t believe he was left to fend for himself.

It breaks our hearts to think that anyone could just release these precious rabbits into the wild and expect them to survive. Rabbits are NOT disposable! They are living, breathing creatures with feelings and so much personality. If you can’t commit to 10+ years of care, please reconsider getting a rabbit or any animal for that matter! They depend on us for love and support!

Keep an eye out, because Ranger will be vetted and ready for adoption soon! 🏡❤️

🥹3 Safe!!

These three adorable rabbits are just a few of the 15+ that were heartlessly dumped in a field by a busy road. They are scared, starving, and covered in fleas and parasites—all because someone decided they were disposable.

💔 Please, let’s raise awareness!!! DOMESTIC RABBITS CANNOT SURVIVE IN THE WILD!!

These poor bunnies have endured so much, but now they are safe, and I’ll do everything I can to ensure they receive the treatment, care, food, comfort, and love they desperately deserve!!

But there are still more out there, braving the rain and elements, simply trying to survive due to human irresponsibility.

We urgently need fosters! If you or someone you know can help by fostering, adopting, or donating, ANY rescue would be incredibly grateful. 🙏❤️ And if you can’t contribute in that way, please share this message far and wide—let’s reach the people who can help these sweet souls!

This is the ideal rabbit set up!

There have been times when we have been unable to move forward with an application because the proposed setup did not meet our housing requirements.
We know this can be disappointing, and we truly appreciate the time and effort everyone puts into applying.
Free roaming in a safe, properly bunny-proofed environment is always the ideal scenario.
When free roaming is not possible, the photo we provided is an example of an ideal rabbit playpen setup and gives a better idea of the type of safe, comfortable environment we are looking for.
The playpen should also be a minimum of 30 inches high to help keep the bunny safe and secure.
We understand that everyone may have different ideas about rabbit housing. However, our rescue has established standards that we follow consistently for every adoption, and we need to remain committed to those standards.
Our first and most important priority will always be the bunny—their safety, comfort, health, and overall well-being.
Every decision we make is based on what we believe is best for the rabbits in our care.
Thank you for understanding and for caring about giving a bunny a safe and loving home.

Florida’s new Statewide Animal Cruelty Hotline (1-877-561-PETS) was recently launched to strengthen how our state reports and responds to animal abuse and neglect — giving communities an easier, more accessible way to make a lifesaving difference.

At Pasco County Animal Services, our Animal Control Team works closely with residents every day to keep pets safe. Through community programs, education, and strong partnerships, we’re committed to helping pets stay protected, supported, and in their homes.

We are overjoyed to share that our sweet Marshmallow has found her forever home! 🎉 💕She’s been welcomed into the most loving, caring, and patient family she could ever dream of.🫶

This little girl had a challenging start in life, which made it hard for her to trust humans. But those tough times are now behind her, and she’s ready to embrace an incredibly bright future! 🌈

And guess what? She even has the cutest Hus-bun waiting for her at home! 🐰💖

Let’s all shower Marshmallow and her amazing new family with love and support! Thank you for giving her a second chance to experience love and for choosing adoption. ❤️ 🤗🌸

🌟Another week in the books here at the rescue, and what a busy one it’s been! From welcoming new intakes to receiving amazing donations, we’ve been hard at work. We also had a fantastic time at the adoption event hosted by Hernando County Animal Services this past Saturday, where we saw so many furry friends find their forever homes! ❤️🐾
