Good morning everyone! The IBJJF Pan American Championships are being held in Orlando today through Sunday. We have 16 students competing and four others from our sister schools!!

The class schedule will be affected. There will be NO TODDLERS class today and Friday.

Juniors class will be held today but will cancelled on Friday.

I apologize for any inconvenience. All other classes will continue with the regular schedule.

Looking for COACHES that would like to volunteer for our PIE FACE fundraiser! :) You WILL be pied in the face. Multiple times.

We are excited to announce today is the first day of classes at Tarpon Springs Boys & Girls club!

Professor Mike will be teaching weekly there. We are able to offer this because of your donations during Winter Camp 2022. We purchased mats for their space. Thank you for supporting us and our community.

Our foundation sponsored Bella to attend the women's only training camp in Indiana. She is boarded and ready to head out. Nicole and Tiffany as well as some other local ladies are also attending. Hoping Bella brings back lots of great technique for our ladies team.
