Ian,,
The attorney has the determined the association is only responsible for the Sidewalks on the streets below. We will be pressure washing those streets only.
Wood-
Chuck, Brook, Bridge, Haven , Trail and Bend.
The other streets are Pinellas county responsibility.
Tks
Dianne
So, I contacted Pinellas County and here is their response summarized as follows: Just contacted Pinellas County Public Works and Pinellas County Survey Mapping. Both offices assured me Pinellas County is NOT responsible for cleaning/maintaining any of the sidewalks in the Forest Ridge Homeowners Association confines. In addition, the minutes of the attached Board Meeting Mintues, of which I attended, clearly state:
"The Board has accepted the second legal opinions regarding the Association's responsibility to maintain the sidewalks. The Board has received two opinions by two different firms/attorneys stating that the sidewalks are the Associations responsibility." which during the discussions it was concluded that maintaining and cleaning the sidewalks is the Associations responsibility. Should you have any doubts about this, you should contact Mr. David Farley, Pinellas County, Survey Mapping and Mr. Kahleah Carpenter, Pinellas County Public Works.
Again, I ask, when will the side walks be cleaned. Please advise.
Thank you for your time and professionalism.

Forest Ridge Homeowner.

Hi Ian,
I am currently working on proposals. It is a big project though probably going to be extremely expensive. We might have to break it up into phases.
Tks
