Plein Air Painters of New Mexico Plein Air Painters of New Mexico is a 501(c)6 non-profit organization formed to promote plein air painting in New Mexico.

We sponsor paint outs, competitions, shows and social events around plein air painting. You can join us by visiting www.PAPNM.org. Plein Air Painters of New Mexico (PAPNM) is an organization of artists dedicated to preserving and promoting painting en plein air - in the open air or outdoors. In addition to advancing plein air painting in the tradition of New Mexico's renowned early and mid-20th c

entury artists, PAPNM provides regular opportunities for members to paint together during monthly "paintouts" and hosts multiple annual juried and open exhibitions of members' work.
