For a few minutes of entertainment, we fill our air, soil, and waterways with toxic substances such as *barium, strontium, copper, aluminum, lead, antimony, perchlorates, and fine particulate pollution*. We terrify pets, wildlife, and livestock, increase the risk of devastating wildfires, and send firefighters into dangerous situations to protect lives, homes, and forests.

Americans spend nearly *$3 billion every year on fireworks*, while millions of people struggle to afford food, shelter, and basic necessities.

Our Mother Earth, our beloved Pachamama, is hurting. She gives us the air we breathe, the water we drink, the food that nourishes us, and the beauty that inspires us. She deserves better than being poisoned, burned, and polluted for a few moments of entertainment.

Perhaps it is time to ask ourselves: Is this truly a celebration, or simply a tradition we have never stopped questioning?

May we awaken to choices that honor life, protect our planet, and reflect greater compassion for all beings.

Our Pachamama deserves our gratitude, not our pollution. ❤️🐾🌎🙏

With a heavy heart, I want to thank Aimees farm Animal Sanctuary for the incredible care, compassion, and love you gave to sweet baby Scooter throughout his life. (An adorable baby Goat)
You gave him not just the essentials to thrive, but more importantly, the unconditional love he deserved every single day.

From the moment my daughter Cristiana Po***ck and I drove to Utah to pick him up, Scooter filled our car—and our hearts—with his unforgettable baby scent. Experiencing new flavors and tastes for the very first time like strawberries! I still remember holding him close, his little body snuggled in my arms, radiating warmth and pure love. Despite his disabilities, he never let anything dim his light. His personality was one-of-a-kind—so full of charm, cuddles, and resilience.
Scooter was never seen as a commodity or as food—but as a living being, a soul who belonged on this Earth just like the rest of us. He was a gentle presence in this world, a reminder that all creatures deserve love, dignity, and the chance to live fully, regardless of their kind or abilities.

He may have needed a wheelchair, but it never stopped him from living a full, joyful life. And that was because of YOU —all of you at Aimee’s, who saw his worth and made sure he was always treated with the dignity, respect and kindness he deserved.

Scooter was loved by so many, and he touched more hearts than we could have ever imagined. His journey here may be ending, but the love he sparked in us will never fade.

Rest in peace, my sweet baby boy.
Thank you for your teachings. Thank you for your love. One day, we will hug again—I just know it. Until then, I will carry your memory forever. I will always love you. Sending you love and hugs Aimee. I know how hard it is 😢

We are incredibly grateful to In Good Company Sanctuary for opening their hearts and providing a loving home to our rescued turkeys and ducks. Your support has allowed us to focus more time and energy on caring for my ill father during this challenging time battling with his cancer.
