Missed this yesterday but I am a proud Rotarian Women.

May 4th celebrates Women's Rotarian Day.
May 4, 1987 marked the beginning of a more inclusive and diverse Rotary.

Following the decision of the Supreme Court of the United States, the way was opened for the incorporation of women as partners.

In 1989, this advance was consolidated worldwide, strengthening the leadership, service and impact of our organization.

Today we celebrate this milestone that allows us to continue growing with more voices, more hands and more commitment.

FREE EVENT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT – WEDNESDAY IN TAOS 📢
I am pleased to inform you of a free event taking place on Wednesday at 10am at the Taos Public Library. Ryan Metzger, founder of Ridwell, will be visiting to discuss how his organization has successfully diverted over 42 million pounds of waste from landfills through reliable recycling and reuse methods. 🌎
Ridwell has garnered significant attention from prominent media outlets, including CNN, Fast Company, the book 'Total Garbage,' and The New York Times' Wirecutter. This event presents an excellent opportunity to learn about Ridwell's initiatives to expand recycling and reuse options within our community, and attendance is free.

The Taos Milagro Rotary members were busy all evening. Thanks to donors who provided silent auction items and attendees who purchased Reverse Raffle tickets or bid on Silent Auction items. We also appreciated our table sponsors. This was truly a fun event.
