📣 Temporary Schedule Update

To continue building on the momentum we’ve created this year, Stray Hearts Animal Shelter will be closed to the public on Tuesdays and Thursdays after 1:00 PM during the weeks of June 15 and June 22.

These temporary afternoon closures will allow our team to focus on staff collaboration, training, and important behind-the-scenes projects that help us better serve both animals and our community. By dedicating this time to strengthening our programs and operations, we can continue making Stray Hearts the very best it can be.

🎆🐾 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR FIREWORKS NIGHT 🐾🎆
While many of us enjoy fireworks, they can be incredibly frightening for shelter animals. The loud noises and bright flashes often cause fear, stress, and anxiety for our dogs and cats.
We’re looking for compassionate volunteers to spend time with our shelter pets during the fireworks display. Whether you’re cuddling a nervous pup, offering treats and reassurance, or simply sitting quietly with a scared cat, your presence can make a world of difference.
❤️ Help us be their comfort during one of the most stressful nights of the year.
