Hace dos años, el primer viaje de la delegación de jóvenes quechua de la comunidad Ñawpa Ñan a los territorios de los pueblos originarios de Norte América. Durante nuestro tiempo conviviendo con los pueblos indígenas en el norte de Nuevo México los momentos de intercambio de conocimientos y expresiones culturales en su mayoría se dieron de forma íntima entre comunidades indígenas, sin embargo también tuvimos la oportunidad de compartir nuestras danzas y música con el público en general. Estas fotos son de nuestra presentación en el teatro TCA de Taos. Este año nos alegra volver a realizar una presentación muy diversa en la cual compartiremos nuestras danzas autóctonas y sus historias, también estarán presentes muchos de nuestras amistades de los pueblos indígenas locales para compartir sus cantos… Esta presentación se llevará a cabo el 5 de Agosto a las 6:30pm en el Taos Nuevo México. Two years ago, the first trip of the Quechua youth delegation from the Ñawpa Ñan community to the territories of the Native Peoples of North America took place. During our time living with Indigenous peoples in northern New Mexico, the moments of sharing knowledge and cultural expressions mostly took place in intimate settings within Indigenous communities. However, we also had the opportunity to share our dances and music with the general public. These photos are from our presentation at the TCA Theater in Taos. This year, we are excited to once again present a very diverse presentation in which we will share our native dances and their stories. Many of our local Indigenous friends members of the will also be present to share their songs and stories. This presentation will take place on August 5th at 6:30 pm at the Taos, New Mexico.
