Jeeyar Educational Trust(JET) has been established by HH Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji during 1983 who took sainthood at a very young age of 23 years to continue the mission of his Acharya(master) His Holiness Sri Periya Jeeyar Swamy who also dedicated his early life in serving the country as a freedom fighter and Social Reformer. ure by passing it to the next generations and there by spreading the message of peace all over the world. On its way JET is conducting Vedic University and it is running Vedic schools in various locations with the support of Vedic Lovers. Students are provided studies, accommodation, food, clothing, medicines etc., free of cost throughout their stay in the school. Usually, it takes 12 years for a student to complete one branch of Veda. Already three batches of Vedic scholars have come out after successful completion and has become Teachers in JET Vedic School as well as other Vedic Schools, and some of them were serving the the various famous temples like Simhachalam Temple, Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams Temple, Bhadrachalam Temple, Yadagiri Sri Lakshmi Narasimhaswami Temple etc., as Vedic Scholars for regular Veda Parayana. Some of the Vedic scholars are dedicated to train the new and upcoming students. Some of them are in pursuit of higher studies related to their Vedic branch. Some of them are engaged in Vedic Project, that is, studying various effects and benevolencies of chanting Manthras and doing Vedic Practices, in association with modern science and subjects
