Hello, Junior Chefs!

Today we celebrate 250 years of America’s history—a country built by dreamers, hard workers, and people who believed anything was possible.

Every time you put on your chef’s hat, you’re learning more than how to cook. You’re learning teamwork, creativity, confidence, kindness, and leadership. Those are the same qualities that help build strong families, great communities, and an even brighter America.

To all of our amazing parents, thank you for believing in your young chefs and encouraging them to follow their dreams. Your love and support are the secret ingredient that helps them grow.

Our Junior Chefs had an AMAZING time in class today 👩🏽‍🍳👨🏻‍🍳✨
From big smiles to hands-on cooking, today was full of fun, learning, and delicious success!

Today’s lesson? The famous Cuban Sandwich! 🥪🔥

But here’s the FUN twist we learned… 👀

🇺🇸 It didn’t come from Cuba!

That’s right! The Cuban Sandwich was actually created right here in Tampa, Florida — by Cuban immigrants who brought their flavors and built something new in America!

Our kids LOVED learning the history while making their own authentic sandwiches!

Technique Tuesday is here, and our Junior Chefs are in for a treat.

Tonight’s class features a Michelin-style recipe: Whipped Lemon Cream with Fresh Berries.

Students will explore how flavors work together, learning to identify and balance tartness and sweetness while creating a beautifully plated dessert.

This is more than a cooking class. It’s hands-on learning through our Culinary STEAM Program, where students build skills in:
• Science
• Math
• Reading comprehension
• Culinary techniques
• Creative presentation

Class Time: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
