We proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ first and foremost above all things. At the name of Jesus the culture of death is destroyed, and His life penetrates to the deepest part of the soul. There is no strategy that can replace a transformed soul at the proclamation of His great name. If an abortion-minded mother’s soul is touched by the Life of Jesus Christ, her heart and mind will naturally run toward Life for her unborn baby. As a result of faithfully proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ at local abortion clinics, we naturally expose the evil deeds of the abortion industry. John 3:19-20 “This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed.” Ephesians 5:11 also compels us to “not participate in the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.”
Pray
Abortion is first and foremost a spiritual battle and reveals the very nature of evil, which is to rob, kill, and destroy.Therefore, we must be a people of prayer! Christ Himself showed us the importance of prayer in Mark 9:29 when He said of an evil spirit, “This cannot come out by anything but prayer & fasting.”
Cities4Life encourages Christians to provide a prayerful presence at local abortion clinics where they can serve the Lord through on-site prayers specific to the mothers, fathers, sidewalk counselors and staff at each clinic location. This
