Congratulations to the Cookson Family for winning the Yard of the Month Award for June in Carrollton Lakes. Their yard shows beautifully bordered by a very bright red crepe Myrtle and also paying tribute to a decorative statue of a fallen soldier. You can see it if you look closely in the 2nd photo. Lake Gemma Fountain Update

The Lake Gemma fountain is currently out of service. Our aquatic vendor has pulled the fountain for inspection and discovered damage during the process. The vendor was on site with the board today working on repair options. We're actively coordinating next steps and will update the community once we have a confirmed timeline. Thank you for your patience as we work through this.
