Changebridge ChangeBridge is a faith-based, non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation headquartered in Tampa, Florida. We Our support goals reach far beyond providing assistance.

We have incorporated an approach which includes personal responsibilities for families with the emphasis on setting goals. We provide guidance and encouragement to assist parents in setting their own goals they feel will positively affect their children, environment, circumstances and lives. Our focus on time management, financial management and faith span the foundational support needed for impro

ved quality of life and sustainability. We also act as a conduit to other community programs which may be available to assist obtaining these goals. Our experience has shown that this approach provides a sense of self-accomplishment and strengthens motivation for continued personal improvement. We see positive impact on the lives of these children and families every day, and we have witnessed some amazing success stories!
