The Future of Hunting in Florida The Future of Hunting in Florida, Inc. a non-profit organization preserving hunting in Florida for future generations.

An exciting new organization has recently been created to reverse the trend of declining hunters in the State of Florida. Called “The Future of Hunting in Florida, Inc.,” the not-for-profit corporation was formed for the purposes of:
•Recruiting and retaining hunters in Florida
•Promoting and strengthening ethics and conservation
•Increasing access and opportunities for citizens and visitors to h

unt on public & private lands in Florida; and,
•Building a unified, strong coalition of hunting organizations
•In August of 2005, more than 200 stakeholders convened in Orlando for a two-day Summit on the Future of Hunting in Florida. The Summit resulted in the creation of this new group.

Operation Home Shores had an awesome veteran/youth hunt this past weekend! Huntmaster Gian DiBella hosted a great weekend with great food and some very successful hunting. Nine deer with several of those being someone’s very first deer. Nothing better than good friends, good food, and the great outdoors to create memories to last a lifetime.
