A diverse group of CREW Tampa Bay commercial real estate professionals recently climbed the scaffolding at Tampa Theatre for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the remarkable restoration underway in preparation for the theater’s 100th Anniversary this October.

From intricate decorative details to major structural improvements, the craftsmanship, artistry, and dedication being invested in this $30 million historic restoration are truly extraordinary. The tour offered a rare opportunity to witness firsthand the expertise required to preserve one of Tampa’s most treasured landmarks while ensuring it continues to inspire future generations.
