✨Executive Committee Spotlight: Meet Kathy Bradley-Klug, PhD, NCSP, 2025-2027 WLP University Chair and Professor of Graduate Programs in School Psychology, at the USF College of Education. Kathy is a dedicated advocate for student success who leads through mentorship and giving. This year, she established the Mrs. Janet & Dr. Kenneth Elwell Endowed Scholarship, creating opportunities for generations of Bulls.

Inspired by the stories of scholarship recipients at her first WLP event in 2016, Kathy became a member and has remained committed to empowering students and advancing faculty research ever since. We are grateful for her passion, leadership and commitment to advancing WLP's mission.💚💛

WLP Scholar Spotlight 💚

Meet Kaleigh Kloepper, a senior in the University of South Florida Muma College of Business pursuing dual bachelor's degrees in finance and marketing. A recipient of the WLP Endowed Scholarship and a 2026–2027 WLP Student Ambassador, Kaleigh has maintained an impressive 3.92 GPA while serving in leadership roles with Delta Sigma Pi, FBLA National Center and the Student Finance Association.

Beyond campus, she has gained valuable professional experience through more than three years with the Better Business Bureau serving West Florida and an internship with Bristol Myers Squibb.

We are proud of Kaleigh's accomplishments and can't wait to see the impact she continues to make as a leader and future business professional! 🤘✨

Join us in congratulating WLP scholar Emma Rivas on completing her internal medicine residency and receiving her program’s Humanitarian Award! Her mentor and WLP Student Council Chair, Dr. Valerie Riddle is especially proud as Emma was the inaugural recipient of the WLP/Valerie D. Riddle, MD, Endowed Scholarship.

When they first met, Emma gifted Dr. Riddle flowers with a handwritten note that read, “Thank you for helping me grow!” What began as a heartfelt gesture has become a powerful symbol of their lasting connection and nearly 10 years of friendship.

Over the years, Dr. Riddle has not only witnessed Emma’s growth, but has helped her truly flourish. This story reflects the lasting impact of mentorship and the power of investing in students! 🌼
