The Triple-Impact Competitor® Awards Program – Class of 2027 is officially underway! PCA Tampa Bay is looking for high school senior student-athletes who lead with character, compete with purpose, and make a positive impact on and off the field.

Selected recipients will receive a $2,000 award along with opportunities for mentorship and networking with professionals and community leaders.

We’re excited to welcome Lynne Couchara as a new mentor for our Triple-Impact Competitor® Awards Program! 🎉💙💛

Lynne brings a unique background in mental health, sports psychology, and performance coaching, with a passion for helping athletes develop the mindset and resilience needed to succeed both in competition and in life. She is the founder of Elite Sports Hypnosis and Mindset Mental Coaching and also serves as a counselor at The Centre for Women in Tampa.

Through her work, Lynne has supported athletes at all levels in strengthening their confidence, managing pressure, overcoming challenges, and reaching their full potential.

We’re thrilled to have Lynne bring her experience, perspective, and passion for developing others to our mentor team as she helps guide the Class of 2027! 🏆
