The "Official" page for Egypt Shriners located in Tampa, FL. A fraternity of men with a mission dedicated to helping children.

Front Office 8 am to 4 pm M-F. The 1918 Tampa 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm M-F and noon to 9:30 pm Sat & Sun. In the year, 1918, Egypt Shriners was established right here in Tampa, Florida! Our backgrounds and interests are diverse, but we are bound together by our shared values and a desire to have fun, do good and build relationships that can last a lifetime. Shriners believe in philanthropy and support Shriners Children’s with the goal of providing expert medical care for children, regardless of the family’s ability to pay. Shriners Children’s, treat children up to 18 years of age who have orthopedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries, cleft lip and palate, and more.

Here are a few pics (shall we say, "borrowed" from friends of the Shrine) from last night's 2026 Egypt Shriners Fantasy of Stars Potentates Ball.

Thank you to all the Shrines that came out including Mahi Shriners and Bahia Shriners just to name a few!!

Our Potentate Jim Ullrey his lovely Lady Debbi and everyone involved in the planning and ex*****on really gave us an amazing evening!!!

Special thanks to the Directors staff, the Tech staff and the staff at ESC of Tampa Bay including the chefs, runners, servers and bar staff who took amazing care of us and delivered a delicious dinner!!!

Thank you to everyone that came out for the Some Beach Somewhere party to kick off our Potentate's Ball Weekend!!! What a great time!!!

We even got to celebrate Director Bobby Welch's birthday!!!

Tonight's Stated Meeting started off with two amazing presentations!!!

The Pharohs presented $1,850 for the transportation fund and the Alfirevic Foundation on behalf of the Pharohs presented $10,000!!!

Noble Director Bobby Welch gave report on Feztival of Trees Nov 20 to 29. Charlie Belcher from Fox will be here on the 19th to promote the event

They will be doing the 12 drinks of Christmas again in the 1918 (just don't do them all on the same night, please!!!😁)

If you bring in toys for the kids during the Festival of Tress, you will get raffle tickets to drop in the tree box of your choice

Noble Darby Sera gave a report on the Doug Cox golf tournament. Still working on the numbers and will be reported next meeting, but it was well attended and a great time!!!

We had 2 candidates, 3 restorations and 1 affiliate all approved

Nov 1st from 2 to 6 PM there will be a memorial service for Noble Kayworth Mann at the Shrine

Noble Treasurer Jamie Lowrance gave a report on the finances, yep, we have money 👍! Should begin dock by end of year and will take a couple months to finish

The Shrine will be doing a carnival instead of a circus on Nov 20 - 22nd!!! More details and information on sponsorships to follow and will post the flyer!!!

Dec 20th will be the a Shrine Children's Christmas party 🧑‍🎄☃️🎄

Noble HPP Jim Thompson told us the Calendar book will be back next year!!!

Noble Asst Rabban Dr Stanley Dennison told us that Crown points and awards will be done in Nov and also discussed the Potentate cruise in July of 27. See FB event for details

Noble Chief Rabban Joey Davis promoted the Potentate Ball this weekend!!! Events Friday and Sat night. Also discussed the 2nd annual Flip Flop Bar Hop!!! See FB for all event details

There was a presentation for the Ladies Project to get defibrillators by the Showmens Shrine Club for $500

Noble Stretch announced participation in the Ruskin Veterans Parade on Nov 4th. Contact him for details.

Fall Ceremonial will be on Nov 14th. Any Mason that wants to be a Shriner for the Fall Ceremonial and the Potentate approved a special rate for $110 which also covers your dues though all of 2027. This also extends to all reinstatements

After the meeting we all sang Happy Birthday to Noble Treasurer Jamie and had cake (really good!!!) 🎂🎉🎁

Thank you Legion of Honor for sponsoring dinner tonight, it was really tasty!!!

Another busy but great night!!! Thank you all that came out and we look forward to seeing you next month!!!
