Living Beneath His Shadow It is my hearts desire that this will be a place of Empowerment where one can find Healing & Growth. Biography: Traci J. Moses ask God to show him his Glory.

Caver-Adams is Mother of 2 grown children and the Grandmother of 4, who are her heartbeats. Traci was the wife of a very prominent Pastor for over 30 years. "Living Beneath His Shadow" was birthed out of Traci's pain and is a reference to Exodus 33:18-34:9, when Moses needed assurance from God concerning his call to lead God's people. So God told Moses "There is a place near me where you may stand on a rock. When my glory passes by, I will put you in a cleft in the rock and cover you with my hand until I have passed by. Then I will remove my hand and you will see my shadow; but my face must not be seen.”

After going through a terrible divorce and a su***de attempt, Traci knew that the only way she would survive was by "Living Beneath His (God's) Shadow. Not only has she survived, she has Thrived!! Traci now lives in Tampa Florida surrounded by her family. She has been employed by Stericycle Communications Solutions a Senior CS rep for over 12 years

For the past 11 months, Traci has also been the Administrator for Oh So Smooth Internet Radio. She is also the Personal Assistant to the station owner and CEO. Traci has also embarked on a new career doing voice over and voice commercials for radio and internet

For the past 5 years Traci has been in the God's cocoon being transformed in the Beautiful, Independent, Strong Queen that she is today and it's time for her Traci to tell her story. She does not confess to the point of knowledge or have all the answers. She is one person who prays that her story will Encourage, Inspire and Motivate others to Do Better and Be Better. To understand that no matter what situation you are in....You have everything you need inside of you to Live Your Life Best, NOW!!! Traci believes that we all will go through a process(s) but we can't get stuck in the process because The Promise is on the other side!!! Traci's favorite scripture: 1 Corinthians 15:58

Good Morning Everyone, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month!!.😊🎀

Breast Cancer Awareness Month is significant for my family and myself, having had two sisters diagnosed with breast cancer and losing my oldest sister (Annis Mariah) to metastatic breast cancer triple negative on February 23, 2020.🥲

Except for skin cancer, breast cancer is the most common cancer in women in the United States. Deaths from breast cancer have declined over time, but breast cancer remain deaths still remain extremely high among women overall.

Breast cancer occurs when the cells in your breast start to grow unusually or uncontrollably. Most breast cancer starts in ducts that carry milk to the ni**le. Others start in glands and as more cancer cells grow, they form tumors.

Early detection saves lives! Women whose breast cancer is detected at an early stage have a 93 percent or higher survival rate in the first five years.

If breast cancer is found early, there are more treatment options, so do your monthly self-exams and Get Your Mammogram!

Good Morning Beautiful People, Happy Wednesday. 😊

My Bishop, Bishop Dominic Watkins is on a teaching series, From Bitterness to Forgiveness”. It has been a revisitation of a familiar place for me.

W.O.W ~ Matthew 5:44, Psalms 51: 10, Hebrews 12:14 and Romans 12:17-21

Forgiveness is not forgetting what a person(s) has done to you. Forgiveness is a voluntary process where the victim undergoes a renewing of the heart, spirit and mind (Psalm 51:10) that changes the feelings and attitude towards the person(s) that wronged them. It is a conscious decision and intentional action made by the victim to let go of the negative emotions such as anger, hate, bitterness, revenge and the conceived penalty that should be received by those that have hurt them.

Bishop stated, unforgiveness blocks the lenses by which we see the present and allows the pains and emotions of the past to blur our vision and dictate our actions in the present. It allows the person, place or thing that hurt us to continue hold us captive.

Forgiveness does not mean we are condoning or excusing the offense, it’s understanding;
Gal 6:7, “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.”

Romans 12:17-21, “Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord. On the contrary: If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink.
In doing this, you will heap burning coals his head. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good”.

Hebrews 12:14, “Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord”:

Matthew 5:44, “But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you”.

Regardless of whether they actually deserve our forgiveness or not, Forgiveness is a mandatory step in the process of Moving Forward and Letting Go, therefore “Forgiveness" is not for or about those who hurt us or the apology we deserve, FORGIVENESS is for Us!

Let me add...Forgiveness does not require restoration, Restoration is an Option, Forgiveness is a Requirement.

Surround yourself with people who make you laugh, forget the bad and focus on the good. Embrace the people who love you, cultivate peace & treat you right and pray for those who don't.
