First speeches and thinking on your feet. 🎤💛

Thursday gave us an Ice Breaker to celebrate and another Table Topics win! Congratulations to both speakers, and thank you to everyone who listened, encouraged, and cheered them on. 👏

Behind every club is someone helping keep it all moving. 💛 Today, the spotlight is on our President, Chelsea!

Get to know her a little better, and drop a 👋 in the comments.

You don’t need the perfect words to check in on someone. 💛

This World Mental Health Day, start with something simple: “How are you doing, really?”

Make time for the answer. Listen without judgment or rushing to fix things. Let someone know you’re thinking of them.

And give yourself that same care, too.

Reach out. Make space. Listen.

Thursday’s recap. 💛 From speaking at the lectern to thinking on our feet during Table Topics, there’s always something to take away.

Cheers to everyone who stepped up, shared, and supported one another! 👏
