NEW AGCRA UNIFIED WEBSITE!

AGCRA Members,

On behalf of COL (Ret) Robert L. Manning, AGCRA President, we are proud to announce the unification of the Association's two websites. Later this afternoon AGCRA.com and Members.agcra.com will become one website at AGCRA.com.

The unification of our websites will come in two phased Iterations as described below.

Unified Website - Iteration 1 Core Features (22 March 2023):
* Membership sign-up and renewals
* Member's can manage their account profiles
* Chapter listings and members can affiliate with Chapters
* All AGCRA memberships are migrated from the current membership database to the new unified website
* Purchase of Gift Memberships
* Scholarship webpage to accept applications
* Purchase of Awards (upon approval of an AGCRA Award)

Unified Website - Iteration 2 Core Features (will follow in 1-2 week increments, all below completed o/a end of April):
* Membership Drive Reporting
* Event management to support the National AG Ball
* Sutler Store
* Awards Processing Module
* Historical membership data

Benefits about this plan - IT bugs or issues get identified by Iteration without presenting the entire unified system all at once

Please note the following:

* Awards Processing - The AGCRA Awards nomination form can be found HERE. Once completed, please email the nomination form to [email protected] for processing and approval by the NEC.

* Membership Accounts - All AGCRA members are requested to check their respective membership accounts for accuracy. Please email [email protected] if you come across any account issues.

* Sutler Store - Will come back online in Iteration 2. In the interim, if you need to purchase something from the Sutler Store please contact [email protected]. Anticipate the AGCRA NEC Treasurer will invoice you through PayPal for your purchase.

* Scholarship Program - There will be a separate announcement for the Scholarship Program that will launch later this week.

Please join us to our next AGCRA meeting on Thursday, 02 March 2023, at the Post Chapel, 1130 pm. Make sure to bring your lunch!

The purpose of the next meeting is to finalize nominations and elect chapter officers. Currently the chapter has received a few nominations for the elected officer positions. If you are interested, or would like to nominate someone for one of the following positions:

-President, Senior Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, or Vice President of Awards, Education/Training, Information, Fundraising, Membership, or Programs

Please email your nominations to the chapter’s Gmail at [email protected] no later than 01 March, 12 pm.

Please note, to vote for an elected official, you must have an active AGCRA membership. If you still have not signed up, please visit https://members.agcra.com/join and decide on which plan best suits you.
