Lazydays Employee Foundation

Lazydays Employee Foundation The Lazydays Employee Foundation helps at-risk youth along life’s journey thanks to the generosity of Lazydays employees and supporters.

The Lazydays Employee Foundation has contributed more than $2M to make many historic changes in the Tampa Bay community. One of our major initiatives is the Lazydays House at A Kid’s Place, an emergency shelter for foster children recently removed from their homes due to abuse or neglect. We also help fund the Tampa Bay Homeless Youth Program, which provides unaccompanied, homeless youth with the

resources needed to break the cycle of homelessness. Plus, we have partnered with the University of South Florida’s College of Health as a title sponsor of the Ybor Youth Clinic. This medical facility is the first of its kind in the Southeast, designed specifically to meet the unique needs of homeless and street youth. Our most recent project was to sponsor a house at Bridging Freedom, a facility that rehabilitates young girls that have been rescued from human trafficking. In addition, the Lazydays Employee Foundation contributes to other local charities, such as the R.I.C.H. House, the Joshua House, Connected by 25 and Hillsborough Education Foundation, just to name a few. Through our yearly grant cycle, we have also been able to help numerous programs, such as the USF College of Education Tutor-a-Bull Program, the Love and Hope Foundation, the American Stage Company Project Arts, the Kids and Canines Mighty “M” Program and the Wheels of Success. We’ve also awarded more than 50 college scholarships to students who could not otherwise afford college. The Lazydays Employee Foundation also features the Dream Team, a group of skilled employees who volunteer their time and expertise in the community to build a better future for others. From building a playground for children to being a part of Paint Your Heart Out, Tampa projects, the Dream Team has made a big difference by working in the community. More than anything else, the Lazydays Employee Foundation is testimony to what can be achieved when individuals harness their energy into a collective force to benefit the community.

It is with a heavy heart that we share our final update from the Lazydays Employee Foundation. For 20 years, the Foundation has been honored to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families throughout our communities—made possible only through the dedication of our employees and the generosity of our donors.

With the sale of Lazydays RV, our founding and namesake company, the Lazydays Employee Foundation will conclude its operations as of November 30, 2025.

We are incredibly proud of all we have accomplished together and grateful for the many charitable organizations we have had the privilege to support. As part of our closing efforts, we were able to provide final distributions to several long-standing partners, including:

• A Kid’s Place of Tampa Bay
• Bridging Freedom
• Camelot Community Care
• Dawning Family Services
• Hope for Her
• Joshua House
• Plant City Black Heritage (Lots of Hugs Reading Program)
• Rise Tampa – Our Police Foundation
• Stageworks
• Isaiah 117 House
• MYCL (Town of Milliken)

To everyone who has ever been part of this remarkable organization: Thank You! Your commitment and compassion have made a lasting impact on the communities we serve.
It has been my honor to serve on the Lazydays Employee Foundation Board for 18 years. I know I speak for all Board Members and Lazydays employees when I say we are immensely proud of what we have achieved over the past two decades and deeply saddened to see this chapter end. 🩵

With Sincere Gratitude,

🎉 Grant Announcement! 🎉

We are pleased to share that A Kid's Place of Tampa Bay was awarded a final grant of $300,000. This grant will support The Lazydays House at A Kid’s Place and the MacKinnon Family Activity Center.

Since 2009, the Lazydays Employee Foundation has donated $1.4 million to support A Kid's Place programs. We have supported the mission to provide a safe, loving and nurturing home for foster children. From the moment that The Lazydays Employee Foundation pledged to sponsor a house, the Lazydays employees have made it possible to continue our support, in great part, through payroll deductions and internal fundraisers. 💙

We’re excited to share that Rise Tampa Our Police Foundation has been awarded a $4,800 grant from the Lazydays Employee Foundation!

These funds will directly benefit the “R.I.C.H. House Summer Program” (Resource in Community Hope). This program works to enhance neighborhood safety through collaboration between police and residents in high-crime areas by offering impoverished children a safe place to grow, learn and play as an alternative to being idle on the streets after school and during the summer.

The program also offers educational, recreational, and life skills programs for the children of Sulphur Springs and Robles Park. We are incredibly grateful for this partnership and the continued belief in our mission to support at-risk youth. 💙

These relationships and lasting connections are offered through this amazing program. We are proud to support such a worthwhile program.

We’re grateful to the Lazydays Employee Foundation for supporting young parents in our Housing for Success program, with a special focus on unaccompanied young parents experiencing homelessness.

These youth, ages 18–24, are navigating one of the hardest chapters of their lives while raising children. With this funding, we’ll provide cribs, toddler beds, and bus passes, all essentials that help them get to work, school, and medical appointments. These aren’t extras, they’re lifelines.

Thank you, Lazydays, for standing with young families in Hillsborough County.
