The DeBartolo Family Foundation’s Back-to-School Teacher Grants will open in August - with exact details coming soon! These grants are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage educators to be ready when registration goes live.

Our teacher grants are designed to help classrooms thrive by providing resources that support students and educators throughout the school year.

🎓👏 Congratulations to Ryan Rabon, the Valedictorian of Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate High School! 👏🎓

With an 8.04 GPA, Ryan’s achievements reflect her dedication as a scholar, leader, and advocate.

She serves as President of both the National Honor Society and Science National Honor Society, and Vice President of HOSA–Future Health Professionals. This year, she also led a volunteer initiative supporting the Caminiti Exceptional Center Science Fair, creating meaningful opportunities for students with special needs and disabilities.

Ryan is a National Merit Commended Scholar, AP Scholar with Distinction, and recipient of Florida’s Gold and Silver Seals of Biliteracy in Spanish. Outside the classroom, she is Captain and record-holder of the BDCHS Girls Cross Country Team and volunteers with Moffitt Cancer Center and Feeding Tampa Bay.

This fall, Ryan will attend the University of Miami as a Premier Scholar and Foote Fellow in the Honors Program, where she will pursue a pre-med track in Biochemistry & Nutrition and Neuroscience.
