Any parent or guardian of a student at the school, the Principal, or any teacher currently employed at the school may become a PTO member. Each member shall pay annual membership dues of $5 to the PTO. Only members in good standing (who have paid their annual dues) shall be eligible to vote or serve on the PTO Board. Dues paid shall be good through the current fiscal year of the PTO. All members h

ave voting privileges on items before the general membership. Membership shall not be restricted on the basis of race, religion, color, age, national origin, or sex.
