Who would have known that a group of middle school students could come up with a plan that has now carried on for 15 years. I am so proud to see the lasting impact of Randall Area Youth Service (RAYS) Council's project. Learn and Serve Tampa, Inc. was able to support many schools in some sort of memorial or service project since 2021. I am happy that I now know it will be carried on as we sunset the nonprofit. Thank you to Hillsborough County Public Schools Franklin Middle Magnet School Williams Middle Magnet, Stewart Middle Magnet, and Adum K-8. Thanks to Rampello K-8 for joining in the 9/11 Day Tampa Meal Pack Benchmark International Arena. Thank you to all of the Randall students from the past who worked tirelessly in pursuit of perfection and to Harvester Community Church has made it look easy.
