Agatha’s fund, a 501(c)(3) was started in 2024, by Attorney Danielle Hernandez’s desire to provide people who are being victimized an opportunity to afford competent legal representation. A cornerstone of our advocacy work is providing the financial ability to seek private counsel for those needing immediate assistance with domestic violence injunctions, divorce proceedings and seeking legal help. We also provide free and low-cost immigration legal services to people who are being victimized to escape and find safety. DVH Law Group represents immigrant survivors self-petitioning under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), obtaining U and T Visas, and in political asylum cases. DVH Law Group also directs Agatha’s Fund resources towards representing Deferred Action (“DACA”) recipients on a low cost/pro-bono basis.
