Good Afternoon,

One of our membership recruitment goals is to visit 100 schools in the Council on Thursday, July 30.

We are looking for volunteers to help make this effort a success.
Our goals for each school visit are to:

-Meet with the Principal or Assistant Principal.
-Schedule a time for Scouting to be present at the school's Open House
-Let school administrators know that Scouting America is alive and well and that we are here to support their students and families.

If you are available to volunteer, please email James Hebbel at [email protected] AND myseft at [email protected], with your unit number.

We will assign each volunteer 2–3 schools in the area of their local unit to visit on Thursday, July 30.

This is a great opportunity to strengthen our relationships with our schools and help grow Scouting throughout Pinellas County.

The Greater Tampa Bay Area Council is looking for volunteers to help represent Scouting at the Tampa Bay Homeschool Conference on Saturday, July 18!

As a local sponsor of the conference, we'll have:
• A Scouting Recruitment & Welcome Table
• 1–2 hands-on activity/activation stations

We're looking for volunteers who can help during:
☀️ Morning Shift
🌤️ Afternoon Shift
🌟 All Day

Conference is from 9-5 pm at Innisbrook Resort.
