The Beta Kappa Sigma Alumnae Chapter came together for our annual retreat to reconnect, recharge, and prepare for the work ahead. Frommaking homemade pizzas and enjoying intentional sisterly bonding, to team-building games, getting down to the business of the chapter, and ending things with a little karaoke fun we made every moment count!

Our retreat reminded us that strong sisterhood makes for an even stronger chapter. We left refreshed, reconnected, and ready to continue the work of Greater Service, Greater Progress. 💙💛🐩

Our Soror Courtney Jackson, Founder and CEO of Paragon Cyber Solutions, was named to the 2026 Inc. 5000, ranking #829 out of 5,000 of the fastest-growing private companies in America and marking Paragon’s second consecutive year on the list.

She was selected to participate in the Nasdaq Opening Bell Ceremony in Times Square alongside fellow Inc. 5000 founder CEOs.

For Courtney, the moment was an opportunity to reflect on how far Paragon has come and the people who helped make that growth possible - a reminder that growth creates greater opportunities to serve, make an impact and continue progressing, reflecting Sigma Gamma Rho’s commitment to “Greater Service, Greater Progress.”
