Run The Heights We are a running club in the Seminole/Tampa Heights area for all paces and running abilities. Are you training for a triathlon, distance race, or 5k?

Do you want to add more movement to your week? Are you just getting into running and want to push yourself to improve your time? Are you tired of training by yourself? We are an established running club in the Seminole/Tampa Heights area that caters to all paces, and running abilities. This is a social training club that’s working toward creating a running community in "the heights" area. The club

meets every Tuesday evening at 7pm, Thursdays at 6:15pm, and Sundays at 8am. All at local breweries/coffee shops in the Tampa Heights neighborhood. We typically run 3-4 miles along the Riverwalk and grab beers at the brewery or coffees after!

The temperatures are rough, but RtH always rises to the challenge! 💪

Great job to everyone in the RtH Crew who got up early and raced in the heat and humidity for the 1st of 3, summer watermelon 5Ks. So impressive that so many of you had 5k PRs and many more set their watermelon 5k PRs. It's definitely a different experience 😅
And of course, thanks Lakeland Runners Club, Inc. for putting on a great 5k. All of that watermelon helped us recover!

Join us at Al Lopez Park in Tampa to connect with others in the PH community and support the Pulmonary Hypertension Association. This event benefits support and educational resources for people living with PH, families, caregivers, health care professionals who specialize in caring for people with the disease and PH researchers searching for a cure.

This event is held in memory of Missy Stok Rizzo, a friend of the run club who unfortunately passed away from pulmonary hypertension.

Race is Sunday, March 22nd, at 9 am

Another Brewery Run memory! We had an amazing amount of people show up at the breakfast start, and even more at the first brewery of the day. The journey was long and tough, running over 21 miles, across 10 breweries. We dealt with peak Florida sun, some dehydration, and inebriated navigation 😅
But we made it!!

Big thanks to Wally from for putting this together! And a huge shout out to all of the breweries that made this happen!
