Thank you to the City of Tampa for Inviting The Grow Group to the Mike Phillips All Abilities Internship Program Showcase.

This event provided meaningful access for our clients to connect directly with department leaders, introduce themselves professionally, showcase their strengths, and position themselves for upcoming internship opportunities. That kind of access creates real pathways to employment.
