The Hampton Terrace Community Association, Inc.

The HTCA is a positive, inclusive and community building 501c3 Non Profit Neighborhood Association in the beautiful community of Hampton Terrace in Old Seminole Heights. was formed and registered with the State of Florida on May 16th 2016 by a group of caring and dedicated neighbors. A need was recognized in our community for a neighbor’s association that was inclusive, transparent and above all actively engaged with its neighbors and businesses as a whole. The sense of neighborhood pride and desire to build and strengthen our diverse community, propelled Brian Frey, Bill Truett, Michelle Benningfield and Jim Burdett to actively pursue incorporating a new association to serve the needs of the Hampton Terrace community.

✨ Look what our community made possible! ✨

Thanks to your generosity—and support from the Hampton Terrace Community Association—

We donated over $2,000 worth of items to our neighborhood school! 💜

These donations will help create calm, safe spaces in every classroom and support programs that recognize exemplary behavior.

The principal and staff were incredibly grateful, and we couldn't have done it without you.

Thank you for showing what makes Hampton Terrace such a special community! 🍎💜

✏️📚 Back-to-School Supply Drive for Foster Elementary 🍎🎒

We’re proud to once again support our neighborhood zoned school, Foster Elementary, for our back to school drive, and we need your help to make an even bigger impact this year!

Last year, our amazing community donated over $2,000 + tons of supplies for students and teachers. Let’s beat that in 2026! 💪✨

🗓️ Drive runs through July 28 so we can deliver everything before school starts!

You can help in two easy ways:
🛒 Shop directly from the school’s Amazon wishlist (built from their exact needs):
https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/1IUBVD0DHND96?ref_=wl_share

💻 Or make a monetary donation via our PayPal link (every dollar goes toward supplies!) https://www.paypal.com/donate?campaign_id=LTWNK2YQZPMGC

(links in IG bio as well)

Every donation big or small helps set these students up for a successful school year. ❤️
