The HTCA is a positive, inclusive and community building 501c3 Non Profit Neighborhood Association in the beautiful community of Hampton Terrace in Old Seminole Heights. was formed and registered with the State of Florida on May 16th 2016 by a group of caring and dedicated neighbors. A need was recognized in our community for a neighbor’s association that was inclusive, transparent and above all a
ctively engaged with its neighbors and businesses as a whole. The sense of neighborhood pride and desire to build and strengthen our diverse community, propelled Brian Frey, Bill Truett, Michelle Benningfield and Jim Burdett to actively pursue incorporating a new association to serve the needs of the Hampton Terrace community.
