With 36 teams of 2–4 players, round-robin play and a tournament round, there’s plenty of time on the court — plus a chance to take home the infamous four-foot-tall trophy!

🏗️ Get inside one of Downtown Tampa’s most anticipated developments!

Join ULI Tampa Bay’s Young Leaders Group for an exclusive hard hat tour of Pendry Tampa on October 15. This tour is exclusively for ULI Young Leader members, giving attendees a unique opportunity to step inside the active job site and get a firsthand look at the 38-story luxury hotel and residential tower rising along the Riverwalk.

The project will feature 220 hotel guestrooms, 200 branded Pendry Residences, multiple dining concepts, a 20,000-square-foot spa, rooftop pool and more.

With the superstructure expected to be topped out by the time of the tour, attendees will hear directly from the development and construction team about the project, its design and what it means for Downtown Tampa.
