The ELC of Hillsborough strives to:
*Help families find early care and education and out-of-school time services and understand their child care options through Child Care Resource & Referral;
* Support child care providers through training, technical assistance and financial supports; and

From partnering with parents on their child’s early learning journey to hosting events that spotlight the importance of kindergarten readiness, being woven into the fabric of Hillsborough County is something we don’t take for granted.

No income requirements. No hidden costs. Just a great head start before kindergarten.
