Run For Us 5K The Tampa Bay Black Heritage Festival’s Annual 5K, 10K Walk/Run/Bootcamp for Health and Wellness.

RUN For Us 5K aims to raise awareness about the health and wellness disparities in underserved and communities of color while supporting various charitable organizations.

We have so many people to thank We don't know where to start.

This year's Run 4 Us 5k walk/run was a HUGE success. We had runners and walkers from literally all over the world participate.

Time for that distance training!

Just 15 days away and it's time to prep for the long run on weekend. Remember the goal is to see how far you can go without stopping. Earlier in the week we focus on pace, now it's all about going the distance.

Drink plenty of water before. Have a healthy meal hours before so its not sitting on your stomach right before the run.

It's super important that you take the proper time to stretch your lower body and warm it up before getting out there.

No matter if you are indoor or outdoor these are some great practices to have.
