There’s something powerful about moms coming together during pregnancy. 💕🤰🤱🏽

In a time when so many women feel overwhelmed, unheard, or unsure of where to turn, there’s real power in being surrounded by other women who understand what you’re going through and remind you that your voice matters.

Our Pampered Picnic in collaboration with Journi For Two Picnic Ave - Tampa Luxury Picnics & Events and Little Orphan Ashley of Uloc was about more than a beautiful afternoon. It was about maternal health, building community, and empowering women to advocate for themselves and their babies.

Through education, meaningful connections, practical support, and a little extra love, we hope every mom left feeling seen, celebrated, and more confident in her journey. 🌸✨

Every mom deserves support, resources, and a village that shows up.

A beautiful day dedicated to maternal health, support, and celebrating the incredible women preparing for motherhood. 💕

In partnership with with Uloc and , we brought together expecting moms for a Pampered Picnic filled with resources, education, connection, and a little self care.

We were also able to bless each mom with baby essentials and gifts to help them prepare for their little one’s arrival. Our hope is that every mom left feeling supported, empowered, and reminded that she doesn’t have to do this journey alone.

It truly takes a village, and we are grateful to be part of one that shows up for mothers in meaningful ways. 🤍✨ Also thank you and Anakamila for helping us set up and pamper the ladies. 💕

🎉 Happy Birthday to our incredible Director of Events and Travel, ! 🎉

I honestly don’t know what I would do without you. Thank you for all the time, heart, and hard work you pour into . While I’ve been buried in nursing school, you’ve been holding things down behind the scenes, helping keep everything moving forward and making sure our moms and events are taken care of.

Your support, dedication, and willingness to jump in wherever needed never go unnoticed. I’m so grateful not only for everything you do for the organization, but for your friendship as well.
And if you’re looking for a travel agent, is truly the best of the best! ✈️🌎 She puts the same care, attention, and passion into planning travel as she does everything else.

Cancer chose the wrong one 🎗️🤍

Cancer thought it was about to ruin my life… mink mink 🥊💥

Little did it know I have always had hands 👊🏾😅

But more importantly, God had me. 🙏🏽

What was meant to break me gave me purpose.

Grateful to still be here.
Still advocating.
Still helping other women find their strength and remember they’re stronger than they think. 🤍

So grateful to see our Pampered Picnic featured in the paper last week. 🥹🤍

It was such a beautiful day filled with amazing moms, meaningful conversations, thoughtful gifts, helpful resources, and so many people coming together to make these women feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

As someone who was once pregnant while going through cancer treatment, I know how much it means to feel cared for during difficult seasons. That’s a big part of why days like this are so special to me. Watching moms connect, learn about resources, receive gifts, and take a moment to pour into themselves fills my heart every time.
A huge thank you to , , and ULOC for always showing up with such big hearts. 🥹🤍 And thank you to everyone who donated any items, volunteered, partnered with us, or helped behind the scenes. When people come together with a shared purpose, beautiful things happen.
And somehow, we did it all over again this past Sunday for our second Pampered Picnic, and it was absolutely beautiful. 🥹✨ I can’t wait to share more photos and moments from the day soon.

My heart is full. 🤍

Still crazy to me how much motherhood has shaped my life 🤍

So thankful to be featured in this Mother’s Day article with so many amazing women in our community. Every stage of motherhood has changed me in different ways, but going through cancer while pregnant with Journi gave me a whole different perspective on life, purpose, and advocacy.

A lot of what I do now, from Journi for Two to nursing school, came from that experience and wanting other moms to never feel alone while going through hard things.

Feeling extra grateful this week for my babies, this journey, and every woman out there doing the best she can every single day 🤍

Motherhood can look beautiful on the outside while someone is silently fighting the hardest battle of their life behind the scenes 🤍

As a mom who went through breast cancer while pregnant with my daughter Journi, Mother’s Day carries a different kind of meaning for me. It reminds me how much strength mothers hold, even in moments when they feel scared, exhausted, or uncertain.

This post is for the moms doing their best while navigating illness, healing, appointments, anxiety, and everything in between.
And also for the moms learning how to live again after survival.

The moms who still show up.
Still love deeply.
Still keep going even when life feels heavy.

Your children are not looking for perfection.
They’re looking for you.
Your hugs.
Your presence.
Your love.

And sometimes just making it through the day is more than enough 🌷

Today I’m especially grateful.
Grateful for life.
Grateful for healing.
Grateful for every moment I get with my baby girl after all we went through together.

So honored and grateful to the National Breast Cancer Foundation for wanting to feature my story for Nurse’s Week 🥹🤍

Life really came full circle. A few years ago I was pregnant, fighting breast cancer, and sitting on the oncology floor terrified of the unknown. Now I’m working on that same floor as a nurse extern and graduating RN school next month 🩺

Growing up with a mom who is a nurse, then experiencing firsthand the impact nurses have during some of the hardest moments in a person’s life, is a huge part of what inspired me to step into nursing myself.

I wanted to become the kind of nurse that not only cares for patients, but truly advocates for them, makes them feel seen, and reminds them they are not alone ❤️

Moments like this remind me that Journi for Two is only getting started 🤍 I’m so grateful to have organizations like not only supporting our mission, but walking alongside us as partners in making an impact for women everywhere 🫶🏾🥹 JourniForTwo

Maternal Health Month and the start of Mother’s Day season… it just felt right to pour into some really special moms to be 🤍

Every one of these women is pregnant, strong, and doing the work of advocating for themselves through their health and pregnancy journeys.

As minority women, that isn’t always easy. Being heard, being seen, getting the care you deserve… it can feel like a fight. And even with all of that, they still show up every day, putting everyone else before themselves.

I know that feeling personally… being pregnant and having to advocate for yourself isn’t easy, and even after, that doesn’t always stop. That’s a big part of why this meant so much to me.

So this day was for them 💛
Just a moment to relax and be poured into.

We were able to gift each mom items they need for baby, share a little education, connect them to real resources, and love on them with beauty, makeup, and a mini maternity shoot so they could truly feel seen, celebrated, and cared for ✨

Because they deserve that too.

And thank you to and for the gifts that helped us really spoil our moms to be 🤍
