Each year, millions of animals are abandoned and must be euthanized throughout the United States due to pet overpopulation and lack of shelter space. Meet Doolie, a big, lovable "panda in dog form"! 🐶💜🐼

This strong, playful boy lives for a good game of fetch—tennis balls are his absolute favorite—and enjoys long, leisurely neighborhood walks. After an active day, he’s all about lounging on the couch or his bed (often on his back with his belly to the sun!).
Already house-trained and skilled in "sit" and "stay," Doolie is the perfect companion for an active, big-dog lover.

While he’s affectionate, he doesn't know his own strength, so he’d do best in a home with older children and no cats. He gets along well with dogs of all sizes but appreciates his personal space and will let you know when he wants some alone time. Because he can pull, a no-pull leash is recommended.
Whether at home or playing independently at the dog park, Doolie is ready to be your loyal, fun-loving best friend!

Looking for a foster or adopter for this pretty girl.

Hi… I’m Zoey 💛
I’m a approx 4 year old, spayed Giant Schnauzer (approx 40 lbs) with a gentle heart and a story that’s made me a little shy at first. I spent a few months out on my own before I was rescued, and I’ve worked really hard since then including going through heartworm treatment so I can be healthy and ready for my forever home.
Because of my past, I can be a little nervous when I first meet new people or find myself in new places. If I feel unsure, I might quietly retreat until I know I’m safe. But once I trust you… oh, I really love you. I’m calm, affectionate, and happiest just being near my people.
I don’t have a mean bone in my body and I do great with kids. I truly just want to feel safe and loved.
When I first settled into a home, I had a little bit of anxiety and tried to cope by chewing or digging, but once I realized I was safe and cared for, that all faded away. I just need a little patience and reassurance in the beginning and I promise I’m so worth it.
One thing about me? I LOVE being part of a pack. Having other dogs around helps me feel confident and happy, and I’ve really thrived in that kind of environment. I also love to stretch my legs and run, so a fenced yard would be a dream for me.
If you’re someone who understands that the best dogs sometimes just need a little time to bloom… I think we could be something really special 🐾

If you love Jack Russell Terriers, prepare to fall in love twice as hard!

Meet Peach (mom, approx. DOB Sept 2024) and Sprout (son, approx. DOB May 2025), a deeply bonded pair looking for a forever home where they can continue their adventures together.
These two are peas and carrots—or should we say, toys and tug-of-war? They are rarely seen without a toy in their mouths and love chasing lizards or running laps around the yard.

Peach: A devoted, high-energy mom who loves to greet you with bunny-like hops, a huge smile, and an enthusiastic wagging tail. She is smart, confident, and eager to learn.

Sprout: A lively, adventurous spirit who thrives on playing fetch and chasing leaves. He’s a smart cookie already learning the ropes from his mom.

Why they are perfect: Both are under 25 lbs, housebroken, and masters of the doggie door! They adore humans of all sizes, are great with other dogs, and are up to date on all vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and on prevention.

HI! We are Henry and Hazel, a super lovable, fluffy, and hypoallergenic Pekingese/Poodle mix pair. At 11-years-YOUNG our previous owner passes away and no one in familywants us. We are looking for a forever home where we can be your ultimate couch lounging, TV watching, and treat-eating companions. We are 12 lbs of pure love!

Meet Licorice , the sweetest treat you’ll ever find! At just 4 weeks old and only 1 pound, this tiny girl’s life started a bit roughly when she was found abandoned on the side of the road. But don't let her rocky beginning fool you—she’s a resilient little fighter with a heart of gold and a coat as dark and glossy as her name. Licorice is now a little over 2 months old (approx dob 1/24/2026) and learning from her older foster fur siblings. She’s learning that the world is a kind place filled with warm blankets, soft belly rubs, and regular meals. Since she’s so young, she’s looking for a family with the patience to help her grow from a pint-sized peanut into a confident lady.

Personality: Gentle, curious, and a world-class snuggler.

Skills: Professional tail-wagger and expert nap-taker.

Smart, Loyal 6yo Cooper Needs a Committed Hero
Who believes in second chances? Meet Cooper, a incredibly bright 6-year-old who wears his heart on his sleeve. Currently, Cooper is a devoted big brother to a 10-pound foster sister—he watches over her, protects her, and shows his sweet side.
Because he is so smart, Cooper has unfortunately learned to guard his favorite people and needs guidance to manage jealousy and reactivity with other dogs his size. He needs a dedicated, experienced foster or forever home that can give him one-on-one training to help him become his best self.

Friday she got invited to for Farron's Forever Friends segment (airs this coming Tuesday) and for Rescues in Action (airs next Saturday). She is still looking for her forever home and flourishing and growing every day.

Licorice is currently in the "wobble and nap" stage of life. She’s learning that the world is a kind place filled with warm blankets, soft belly rubs, and regular meals. Since she’s so young, she’s looking for a family with the patience to help her grow from a pint-sized peanut into a confident lady.
