Our Aiming for Acceptance Clay Shoot is about more than just hitting targets—it’s about bringing people together for an unforgettable day in support of an incredible cause. And last year, our amazing vendors helped make the experience even better!

✨ An unforgettable day with an unforgettable guest of honor! ✨

When we asked Kosmalski about her experience at last year's Aiming for Acceptance Clay Shoot, her answer said it all: the day was amazing!

As our 2026 Grand Marshal, Kayla inspired everyone in the room with her incredible speech and powerful reminder that people with disabilities can accomplish anything they set their minds to. 💙

A former Miss Delaware Teen USA 2024, Kayla continues to use her voice to inspire, advocate, and show others what is possible when we believe in ourselves and one another.

We were truly honored to have her join us for such a meaningful day, and her message continues to inspire us as we look ahead to the 2027 Aiming for Acceptance Clay Shoot on January 22! 🎯

The 2027 Aiming for Acceptance Clay Shoot is already making an impact, and we’re excited to watch this stack grow!

We’ve officially raised $41,000 toward our fundraising goal! 🙌

Time to introduce you to your 2027 beneficiaries!

As we gear up for another incredible day of community, competition, and giving back, we’re excited to introduce you to some of the organizations that make this event so meaningful.

💙 Meet Family First Foundation!

Family First Children's Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by
therapists and parents to help local children with disabilities access the therapy, equipment, and opportunities they need to thrive!

Through the generosity of the community, Family First Children's
Foundation helps local families by:
Providing scholarships for essential therapy services, including physical, occupational, and speech, as well as intensive therapy.
Covering the cost of medical and adaptive equipment, including AAC devices, wheelchairs, standers, and medical strollers.
Funding small home modifications that improve a child’s independence, safety, and quality of life

We are proud to support the incredible work they are doing for children and families in our community, and we can't wait to show you more of the 2027 Aiming for Acceptance beneficiaries in the months ahead!

This is one of our favorite parts of what we get to do at the Bucalo Family Foundation. 💙

We recently had the opportunity to spend time with two incredible organizations—HOPE Services right here in Pasco County and Project FOCUS in Tampa—and left both visits excited about what they are building for individuals with disabilities in our community.

At HOPE Services, we got to see how they are helping people turn ability into opportunity through vocational training, career preparation, certifications, job placement and continued employment support. Their work isn't just about helping someone find a job—it’s about building confidence, independence and a meaningful place in the workforce.

Our visit with Project Focus hit especially close to home. Their programs create a continuum of support for individuals with developmental disabilities—from school-age education through Focus Day School and Focus Academy, to transition programming for young adults, vocational training, life skills, employment support and adult programming through Focus Forward.

As parents, we know how often families in the disability community find themselves asking, “What comes next?” Project FOCUS is working to make sure there is a meaningful answer to that question long after the school years end.

These visits are so important to us because the best way to understand where BFF can make a difference is to get out into our community, meet the people doing the work, see the programs firsthand and listen to the families and individuals they serve.

We are incredibly grateful to both teams for welcoming us in, sharing their missions with us and allowing us to learn more.

We look forward to supporting the work of both organizations and continuing to invest in opportunities that help individuals of all abilities build independence, purpose and a future filled with possibility.
