Dear Sisters, 
Thank you for providing nominations for the Tampa Alumnae Chapter Board of Directors.  There are seven elected board positions and the two-year term for three of them ends this fiscal year (June 30, 2026).  The slate has been created and is now presented to the Tampa DG membership. For the term 2026-2028, the following members have been slated:

VP Foundation - Cindy Galiani
VP Communications - Pamela Currie
VP Finance - Kelley Franks

Sisters may nominate additional candidates for one week from this announcement by sending an email to [email protected] by Sunday, May 3. Candidates must be in good standing, which means paying local and per capita dues (deltagamma.org).

Once these nominations close, all candidates will be announced and elections will commence.  In order to vote, sisters must be in good standing. For sisters who are already in good standing, we ask for your participation in the voting process and thank you for your support. 

Participating in your fraternity as an alumnae  is a wonderful benefit of being a sister.  It is also Convention year, so get in the spirit!

Sisters, we are in election season and this cycle we will be voting for Tampa Alumnae Chapter Board of Directors positions: vp foundation, vp communications, and vp finance. These are two-year terms (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2028) and we are soliciting nominations. In order to be nominated for a position and to vote, members must be in good standing. This means being current with 2025-2026 per capita dues (paid to EO) and Tampa alumnae chapter dues (paid to local chapter). Dues must be paid by April 24th in order to show up on the roster or by April 30th with proof of payment to vp finance. You may self-nominate or nominate others. Nominees will be provided a short qualifications application.

Nominations will be accepted through April 19th. Send nomination to [email protected]

The NomCom will create the slate (one candidate per position) and it will presented to the membership by Sunday, April 26th. For one week members may submit additional nominations of candidates. These are due by Sunday, May 3 to [email protected].

The names of the slated and member-nominated candidates, and their qualifications will be presented to the membership by May 10. Voting will take place May 17th-24th. New officers will be announced by May 31st. In addition to elected positions, we have assigned positions available now. They are Collumnae Chairs (ET and DK liaisons), Rituals, and Webmaster. We are also looking for volunteers to help on a committee and/or for a particular event. Send an email to [email protected] with your interest.
