Hope for Her is collecting NEW, PACKAGED women’s and children’s underwear to help provide an essential need for women and children they serve.

ALL SIZES ARE NEEDED!

-New & packaged only

My personal goal is to bring 50 packs with me, but I need YOUR help to make it happen!

For nearly 20 years, I have watched my best friend turn faith, fitness, and a genuine love for people into a life of purpose.

So when Takara called one afternoon and announced that she was going to look at a bus, I should not have been surprised.
But I was. Because…a bus? 😂

What began as an unexpected calling became the Faith Based Fitness Bus, a Christian mobile gym created to bring movement, encouragement, and community directly to the people who need it.

This article is about the bus, but it is also about the woman behind it. It is about resilience, obedience, friendship, and what happens when purpose finally gets wheels.

Yesterday’s Chair Fitness conversation was about Psalm 37:5 — “Trust over Control.” 🙏🏽

And whew… that one is HARD. Letting go of control and truly trusting God with the things we can’t change, the things we don’t understand, and even the things we desperately want to fix.

But there was something so powerful about having that conversation together. Reading the comments our community shared, encouraging one another, and choosing to trust the Lord reminded me why I love what we’re building through Faith Based Fitness. ❤️

This workout isn’t just about moving our bodies… it’s about strengthening our faith, too. 💪🏽

We’re so excited to partner with ECHO once again for a series of donation-based Gym Bus Fit Camps throughout the fall! We’re bringing fitness, faith, community, and purpose together—and every workout is an opportunity to make an impact. 🙌🏾
