☀️ What a great way to kick off our summer season of Faith Based Fitness Bus workouts!

After a short break, we were excited to get back in action with our friends at First Baptist Church of Progress Village, and they absolutely crushed our faith-based chair fitness workout!

And don’t let the word “chair” fool you—this wasn’t just a seated workout. That chair became a tool for strength, balance, mobility, cardio, and functional movement. Our Fit Fam put it to work and rose to every challenge!

We’re grateful for the energy, enthusiasm, and fellowship that made this morning so special. 💪❤️

So blessed to have Hope for Her on this journey of empowering those who have been abandoned, trafficked and abused with us.

We are incredibly honored to have been invited to be part of Runway of Strength ! What a beautiful and inspiring event!

A special shoutout to Takara, whose hard work, dedication, and vision brought this lovely event to life. Every detail reflected her passion and commitment, and it truly showed.

Watching the growth of the Faith Based Fitness Bus, Inc. has been nothing short of amazing. The impact it’s making in the community is powerful, and it’s a testament to Takara’s heart and perseverance.

We are so proud of Takara and everything she has accomplished. We’re grateful to stand alongside such an inspiring leader and can’t wait to see what’s ahead 💜

During May, we will not host any events. This time will allow us to put the AC unit and generator on the bus. Shortly we will release the schedule for June!

Tonight’s Gym Bus Fit Camp at the group home was something special. 🙌

Last time we showed up, some of the boys were working out in slides—or no shoes at all. That didn’t sit right with us. So this time, we called on our Fit Fam… and you showed up BIG. Because of you, we were able to donate several pairs of new and gently used shoes to kids who truly needed them.

Seeing their faces, their energy, and their confidence shift the moment they laced up and jumped into the workout— meant everything.

We always say this is bigger than fitness… and tonight was a perfect reminder. Mental health matters. Movement matters. Community matters. You can literally see the difference when they’re able to slam, lift, and release everything they’re carrying.

Thank you to everyone who pours into this mission. When you show up to workout with us, when you give, when you support—you are making a real, lasting impact.

We’re grateful to be a small part of their journey. 💛
