As one of the original supporters of Muma BizTown, Tampa Electric's commitment to experiential learning has helped empower students to discover their potential and open their minds to possibility.
Through their support, students get to step into a simulated economy, take on real professional roles, and experience firsthand what it means to work, lead, and succeed. As JA has grown, Tampa Electric has expanded their support into each of our learning experiences β a testament to how deeply invested they are in the future and success of Junior Achievement and the students we serve.
Last week, JATB Board Member and VP of Finance at TECO, Jeff Chronister, joined Madeline (Maddie) Box and their team for a hands-on day of volunteering, stepping into the busy, student-run streets of BizTown to mentor, encourage, and engage with the very students their support makes possible.
Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay is incredibly grateful for Tampa Electric's continued investment in the next generation of Tampa Bay's leaders. Thank you, TECO, for your dedication to inspiring and empowering Tampa Bay's future workforce.
