Dr. Meredith B. Moran, LMHC, CCTP
Before Meredith was a therapist, she wore the badge. She served with the Largo Police Department from 1993 to 1999. She knows the calls that stay with you. She knows the dark humor, the shift work, and why “just talk about it” is a hard sell in this job.
She owns Front Line Wellness, a private practice built for first responders, military members, and veterans. She is also the Clinical Director for CISM of West Central Florida (Region V). She contracts directly with the City of Seminole Fire Department, and the City of St. Pete Beach Fire Department. She is licensed in Florida, Nebraska and soon to be Indiana and Iowa.
Meredith is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and trauma-focused CBT. Sessions are confidential, direct, and paced by you. No couch. No jargon. No one is going to tell you how you should feel.
Gilbert Oliver Moran — Certified Therapy K9
Gilbert is a Miniature American Shepherd and Meredith’s co-facilitator. He holds AKC Canine Good Citizen, Advanced Canine Good Citizen, and AKC Therapy Dog certifications, and is certified as a therapy team through PAWS & Stripes and the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office. He works in session, sits in on debriefings, and has a way of getting people talking who came in swearing they wouldn’t.
