When women unite behind a mission, we don’t just have a conversation—we create connections, opportunities, and momentum for change.
And at the heart of it all is one shared belief: every child deserves the opportunity to live a healthier, fuller life.
Recently in Panama City, we had the incredible honor of bringing together an extraordinary group of women leaders for Women Impacting Care—a breakfast celebrating the new relationship between Shriners Children’s and The Panama Clinic and the tremendous possibilities it creates for children and families throughout Panama.
Some of the distinguished guests in attendance included:
✨ Andrea Altamirano Duque, wife of the U.S. Ambassador
✨ Claudia Pavlovich, Ambassador of Mexico
✨ Dr. Ivonne de Martinetti, representing the First Lady of Panama
✨ Maruja Herrera, Minister of Culture
✨ Luisa Napolitana, President-Elect of the Colon Free Zone
✨ Jaqueline Muñoz, Minister of Labor
✨ Vivian de Torrijos, Former First Lady of Panama
✨ Carlota Santoyo, Shriners Patient Ambassador
✨ Carla Catalán, mother of Carlota
✨ Miguel Ignacio Muñoz “Minacho,” Shriners Patient
✨ Karina Lima, mother of Minacho
Each woman brought her own story, perspective, influence, and passion—but they were united by something bigger than themselves: a shared commitment to making a difference in the lives of children and families.
A heartfelt thank you to the incredible ladies of Abou Saad Shriners for planning and hosting such a meaningful and memorable event.
And thank you to our very own Shriners International
Chief Rabban’s Lady Kathy Hartz and Shriners Children's Trustee Chairman’s Lady Megan Stewart for serving as panelists and guest speakers, representing Shriners Children’s and sharing our mission with these distinguished women leaders.
This is what happens when women come together with purpose. ❤️
Cheers to strong women—may we be them, may we raise them, may we know them. 🥂✨🇵🇦
