Join us for Barber Shop Conversations, a FREE community wellness event bringing men and families together for active movement, mental mindfulness, and whole-person wellness.

And we’re not just talking about wellness we’re walking it! 🚶🏾‍♂️💪🏽
Participants will come together for a 1.5-mile community walk, creating an opportunity to connect, move, and start meaningful conversations about health.
