CUP will provide secure and successful jobs for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in an inclusive workplace. We will open our first non-profit coffee house in South Tampa in early 2023. CUP is about inclusion, acceptance and opportunity for people of all abilities.

CUP has been recognized with the 2026 Ability Transcends Challenges (ATC) Award by the Professional Baseball Athletic Trainers Society (PBATS) — chosen as this year’s honoree for the Tampa MLB market alongside 29 other incredible businesses across all 30 Major League Baseball cities.

This award recognizes organizations that go above and beyond to create meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. And if you know CUP, you know that’s exactly what we’re all about — every cup of coffee served is a step toward inclusion, independence, and real opportunity for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
