Meet Barry! He has been a friend of Revive & Restore for several years and struggled with addiction. Many programs failed him in the past, but even though he struggled with his addiction, our volunteers at Revive & Restore continued to love him right where he was on his journey — no judgment, no trying to change him. And at the right moment, Barry was ready, and he made that decision on his own. He didn't do it for us or anyone else — he did it for himself.
Today, through an incredible program called Sober Lyfe in Tampa, Barry is thriving and giving back to the community by serving alongside our volunteers each week at our boutique. Barry is an example of how building relationships, giving hope, and supporting someone struggling with addiction can change their life. We continue to do this through our ministry mission — one person at a time.
A Tampa boutique, Revive and Restore, goes viral on social media. The boutique helps people in need and those who are homeless by offering free clothes.
