Tampa CRA's Commercial Design Grant provides commercial property or business owners up to $150,000 in funds for design and engineering services to reduce the barriers of upfront design costs.

This grant does NOT require matching funds. However, the architect/engineer MUST be selected from the CRA's provided list and the property must include commercial use. The property must also be located inside one of Tampa's community redevelopment areas.
