Mincik update!! Thank you to all who donated towards his enucleation- our little boy purred all the way to Humane Society of Tampa Bay this morning and surgery went smoothly! Two weeks of antibiotics and healing and this incredibly sweet little pirate will be ready for a safe indoor home with a loving family. ❤️

Boots!!! This special girl may have no teeth, but she has a HUGE heart!! ❤️ Boots is quite young- only a few years- but had a calici virus induced case of severe stomatitis and had to have all her teeth removed. She started feeling so much better after they were all gone and gained some much needed weight! Silver lining bonus- her new mama will never worry about dental cleanings down the road. Boots actually enjoys dry food over wet most of the time and most of all, enjoys love from her human. Happy, happy life to this special little girl and her forever mama!!❤️😻❤️

Mincik needs our help!!!!
This tiny boy was found south of Tampa dodging cars on 301. His finder saw him, crouched down and scared to death, and quickly pulled to the side of the road to help. He was so tiny and dehydrated! She scooped him up and headed to a vet, who prescribed eye meds and oral antibiotics, but also advised her the eye (and possibly both) would need to come out once he is big enough.
Fast forward a couple of weeks and Mincik is over 2lbs and ready for his surgery! We have him scheduled with our amazing partners at Humane Society of Tampa Bay on August 20th and will keep you updated on his status. In the meantime, anything you can spare to help offset the cost of enucleation would be more appreciated than you know.
All this little boy wants to do is to purr and be loved! ❤️ we don’t know how he ended up with horrible eyes dodging cars on a very busy road, but we promised him nothing but love and safety from now on. He deserves it!😻

Tabitha was adopted a few weeks ago but returned by her adopters who it seemed were not able to give her the time and attention she needed to make the transition successful. Since then, she’s really come out of her shell at her foster home but just keeps getting passed over when she’s in the center. It’s a little intimidating with all those more outgoing kittens asking for attention and she’s the shy but oh so sweet girl who hangs back to watch. 😢

The only word for Abigail is STUNNING. Orange with black flecks throughout her coat, she’s one of the most unusual cats we’ve seen in a while. How she sat at the adoption center for an entire week without being picked is also stunning!
But Abigail is so much more than a pretty face! She’s loving, outgoing and confident. She’s young, playful and snuggly.
