Our 2026 WeSeeU College Bound Senior (CBS)

An absolutely incredible day celebrating 23 amazing seniors as they prepare to begin their college journeys! Because of the generosity of our sponsors, donors, and volunteers, each student was blessed with essential items to help set them up for success. From dorm must-haves to critical tools like laptops, this was more than a celebration—it was a true leap into their next chapter. 💫

We also want to sincerely thank everyone who captured and shared the heartfelt moments from this special day. Your photos, videos, and posts help tell the story of impact and allow others to experience the love, joy, and purpose behind WeSeeU. ❤️

Meet Xavier, a sophomore at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, studying Nursing.
Xavier is balancing a demanding college journey—academics, campus involvement, and working as a patient care tech to gain hands-on experience for his future career. Even through challenging semesters and long study hours, he continues to push forward with determination.
✨ With a 3.6 GPA and Dean’s List every semester, Xavier is a strong example of discipline and perseverance. He has learned to prioritize what matters most and stay focused on his long-term goals.

Meet Jada Sewell, a freshman at Harvard University, pursuing a concentration in Medical Sociology.
Jada is thriving in her college journey—embracing rigorous academics, new opportunities, and meaningful moments that make her experience unforgettable. From navigating an intense workload to finding joy in the little things (like a visit from Remy, the Harvard cat 🐾), she continues to grow with resilience and purpose.

Meet Najaeh Wise, a CBS Recipient and freshman at Valdosta State University, majoring in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Afro Studies.
Najaeh is making the most of his college journey—serving as Event Coordinator for M.O.C.H.A, working on campus at Starbucks, and becoming a coach’s assistant for the VSU football team, all while building strong time management skills. From Spark Week to traveling on a cruise, he continues to grow through new experiences and challenges.

🎓 WeSeeU College Bound Senior Spotlight
Meet Elizabeth, one of our incredible scholars now attending Florida Southern College, pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance.
From finishing her first semester with a 4.0 GPA to getting involved in organizations like FBLA, Real Estate Society, ACE Volunteer, and Delta Sigma Pi, she is already making the most of her college experience.
✨ One of her biggest lessons? Getting involved opens doors. Through Delta Sigma Pi, she’s gained valuable opportunities, friendships, and unforgettable experiences—like networking with alumni at a mixer event.

🎓 WeSeeU College Bound Senior Spotlight: Meet Savanah - one of our first CBS recipients!

From first-generation college student to future physician, Savanah’s journey is a true reflection of resilience, growth, and determination. 💫

A graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S. in Biology (Pre-Med), Savanah is now pursuing her Master’s in Medical Sciences—maintaining a 4.0 GPA while working toward her dream of becoming a plastic surgeon.

Throughout her journey, she has made the Dean’s List, joined Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, volunteered in underserved communities in Panama, and given back locally through community service initiatives.

Savannah shares that her experiences so far have taught her that “progress comes from persistence, curiosity, and support- not from getting everything right the first time.”

💬 “Struggling doesn’t mean you don’t belong—it means you’re learning.”

Through the WeSeeU College Bound Senior Program, Savanah received essential support that helped “ease transition into college and reminded me that I wasn’t alone in my journey.”
